1-Develop and implement the procurement strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives. 2-Develop procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 3-Manage local and international procurement processes from planning to delivery. 4-Coordinate with departments to identify their needs and establish annual procurement plans. 5-Oversee tenders, evaluate bids, and draft contracts. 6-Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and pricing. 7-Evaluate supplier performance and manage risks within the supply chain. 8-Lead and develop the procurement team to enhance performance. 9-Prepare periodic reports and analyze costs and savings. 10-Monitor the market and identify new suppliers to support informed purchasing decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CIPS/CSCP are preferred). • Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. • Familiarity with government procurement systems and local procurement laws (particularly within the Emirate of Sharjah). • Strong skills in negotiation, strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management. • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). • Excellent command of ERP systems and e-procurement platforms.
• Develop and implement media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and mission • Supervise the preparation of media content (press releases, articles, publications, videos, etc.) • Build strategic relationships with media outlets, government and private institutions, and the local community • Manage media and campaigns, oversee their execution, and analyze their outcomes • Handle media crises and respond professionally to critical situations • Supervise the media team, evaluate performance, and support skill development • Represent the organization at events and occasions, enhancing its public presence • Update and develop media and public relations policies in line with modern trends
• Assisting in creating and implementing the visual identity for the organization and its affiliated clubs, while maintaining a positive image • Designing social media posts for the organization and its clubs • Managing internal design requests for the organization and the club
• Providing staff services; preparing food and serving hot and cold drinks upon request. • Setting up tables with linens, covers, utensils, glasses, and decorations. • Attending to guests' hospitality needs while meetings are ongoing. • Ensuring cleanliness of utensils, silverware, and the pantry area, keeping everything tidy. • Clearing used utensils and silverware once the meeting is finished. • Responsible for preparing a list of items needed for the organization's hospitality purposes.
• Participating in the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures related to media and public relations (local and international), and periodically reviewing them to ensure they comply with applicable laws and regulations, while meeting the needs of the organization and its affiliated clubs. • Planning and executing public relations activities (local and international) to enhance the positive image of the organization and its affiliated clubs. • Organizing all social activities related to the organization and its affiliated clubs for employees and players, and supervising them in coordination with relevant organizational units. • Identifying similar/relevant institutions (local and international) and communicating with them for the purpose of signing agreements and memorandums of understanding, ensuring their activation. • Preparing a database for signed agreements and memorandums of understanding and documenting all agreements in the organization's shared file. • Monitoring the work with public relations service providers to ensure they comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. • Providing advice on public relations (local and international) when needed and contributing to the preparation of the strategic plan for the organization and its affiliated clubs. • Supervising the provision of effective media coverage and writing press releases related to the activities of the organization and its affiliated clubs using various media channels. • Supervising the establishment and maintenance of positive working relationships with journalists and media representatives. • Supervising the monitoring, tracking, and archiving of news related to the organization and its affiliated clubs across various media outlets.

• Capturing high-quality photos and videos based on project requirements • Utilizing professional photography and videography techniques • Editing photos using software like Photoshop and Lightroom • Editing videos with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro • Organizing digital files in a structured and easily accessible manner
• Follow up and monitor the press releases of the SWS and its affiliated clubs in coordination with various media outlets and coordinate on preparing investigations, dialogues and press conferences about the institution and its affiliated clubs. • Coordinate with publishers and media institutions regarding the production of materials, releases and media coverage. • Organize interviews and meetings of the senior management and technical and administrative staff of the SWS with visual, audio and print media. • Prepare a list of media outlets targeted by the entity and contribute to developing the media plan for that. • Ensure building and maintaining a positive working relationship with media professionals and media representatives to ensure the flow of media coverage. • Follow up, monitor and archive media materials contained in various media outlets regarding the institution and its affiliated clubs. • Ensure the provision of effective media coverage and editing press releases regarding the activities of the institution and its affiliated clubs using various means.
• Maintaining the safety of the players inside the bus • Contribute to preparing the daily schedule for the teams • Communicating via phone with players and parents • Recording the attendance of female players and ensuring that the numbers of passengers when boarding and disembarking are identical • Maintaining security within transportation and reducing any problems or obstacles for users • Enforce safety laws, ensure they are followed by passengers, and direct passengers properly in the event of accidents • The bus supervisor helps maintain the cleanliness of the bus and ensures a high level of cleanliness and comfort for passengers
• Valid bus license and drive the bus safely in accordance with traffic laws and regulations • Maintaining the safety of players and passengers • Daily inspection of the bus and ensuring that it is in good condition and ready for use • The bus driver must comply with the designated schedules and routes and ensure that passengers reach their destination on time • Communicate with management on a regular basis and submit reports about any problems or incidents that occur during the trip • Follow up on regular bus maintenance • Adherence to traffic laws
