SWSC Secures 2nd Position in UAE Table Tennis League
Sharjah Women’s Sports Club (SWSC) claimed the silver medal and second place in the UAE Table Tennis League for Women, following a strong performance throughout the championship. The tournament featured six competing clubs from across the UAE, with Al Orooba Sports and Cultural Club securing the gold medal, while Abu Dhabi Racket Sports Club finished in third place.
Representing SWSC were Noura Hassan Al Mazmi, Asma Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Hessa Saud Al Nimer, Sheikha Abdullah Al Marzouqi, and Shaloy Isabel Salazar, who demonstrated exceptional skill and determination in their matches.
Coach Aneta Sargsyan’s Reflections on the Team’s Performance
Aneta Sargsyan, Head Coach of the SWSC Table Tennis Team, expressed pride in the players’ performance, highlighting their competitive spirit throughout the tournament. She stated: "Despite the fierce competition, our players maintained focus and resilience, delivering their best in every match. Finishing as runners-up is a strong achievement, reflecting the progress and hard work put into training. We will continue refining our skills and aim for even stronger results in upcoming championships."
